Residential Life Assistants (RLAs) are graduate student leaders who live within MBZUAI's residential communities and serve as a point of contact for day-to-day campus life. They build community through everyday presence and programming, offer peer mentorship to residents navigating life, and respond to incidents and wellbeing concerns through the university's on-call system. RLAs work closely as part of the Student Life team to keep their communities safe, connected, and supported.
